Assessment Centre

Moon Hall Assessment Centre

Our Assessment Centre offers gold standard assessments from fully qualified professionals.

The assessment centre was established in order to provide a service to families in need. As Headteacher, I was hearing all too often the struggle that families were experiencing in order to find a suitable professional, who had availability, to assess and diagnose their child.

At Moon Hall we are fortunate to work with many experts in their field, some of these are members of our own staff. Bringing together these wonderful professionals has enabled us to offer families the assessment and ultimately provide them with access to the first step in gaining the support that their child so desperately needs.

We aim for the assessment centre to provide means tested assessments to families and to ensure that affordability is not a factor in whether or not their child can have a much-needed assessment.

The Assessment centre is run throughout the year in our stunning grade II listed school. We create a professional and relaxed atmosphere for families attending our setting to ensure their child is engaged and motivated to participate in the assessment.

The professionals we work with are of the highest calibre as we want to offer the gold standard in each of the assessments we have on offer. We hope that over time the assessment centre will grow and provide many, many more families with the support, strategies and guidance that they need.

This additional service is available to all families and not only those interested in a place at Moon Hall. We are delighted to be in a position to offer this unique and bespoke service and are exceptionally proud to be leading the way once more, in the area of SEN securing this much needed support for families.
