The post holders will be responsible for leading speech and language therapy and OT across the school ensuring there is high quality and effective support for pupils and those involved with them. The post holders will be expected to work closely with school leaders, class teams, our pastoral and family support, parents and carers and our multidisciplinary team and take a lead on training and research.
